By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms & conditions.
The prize draw is being run by AMT Play.
AMT Play is part of AMT Auto Ltd. (AMT).
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter.
To enter the prize draw simply enter by providing your name and contact information via the entry form on the AMT play website.
By entering the competition you are consenting to receive contact from AMT regarding the competition as well as marketing promotions from AMT Play and AMT Auto. You can unsubscribe from our emailing list at any time.
AMT will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
There is 1 prize on offer.
The Prize is 2 spots on the Play On The Pitch Roster.
The winners will be drawn at random.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of AMT regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winner will be notified on Friday 17th May 2024 via the email and/or phone number provided during subscription.
AMT will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times and by phone up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 3 hours of first contact, they will lose their right to the prize, and AMT reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by AMT for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
An announcement of the winner’s name will be made via AMT’s social media and the AMT Play website.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with AMT’s Privacy Notice.
AMT does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that AMT does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
AMT does not provide any form of support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
AMT reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Participation in Play On The Pitch, organised by AMT Auto, scheduled to take place at 2:00 PM on Wednesday 22nd May, 2024, at Elland Road, Leeds, is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and security of all participants, it is important to note that AMT Auto, its organisers, sponsors, and hosts shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Participants are solely responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability for engaging in football activities. It is strongly advised that individuals consult with a healthcare professional prior to participation if they have any concerns about their health or physical capabilities.
Participants acknowledge and accept that AMT Auto, its organisers, sponsors, and hosts are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in the football match. Participants also agree to adhere to all rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the organisers for the duration of the event.
